In these videos I showcase a series of simple recipes and methods done from "scratch" to show how very easy it is to make hearty, tasty meals for a fraction of the cost of take-out or dining out.  All you need are simple ingredients that are fresh, a bit of time and a bit of patience! 

As a real treat I have a daughter who is a music teacher and allowed me to video her while practising or at recitals when she was in school.  I'm not going to say she has the voice of an angel because I'm mom, you can decide for yourself if that is a true statement or not LOL!
